You need to find a printer that will open the lines of communication with you. If a printer wants your business, they will find a way to work things out. You can find out if a printers quality is good or not by giving them small jobs, or have them send you a FREE sample kit. You should NOT be charged for samples. If you want to discuss, I am more than happy to walk you through the process.

Thanks- Scott

I work at a club and I do the graphic design, and we use Reduced Printing (www.reducedprinting.com). We've actually been using them for about a year or so now.

We print 5000 - 50,000 quantities 4"x6", 5"x7" or 6"x8" full color club flyers per week. They UV coat it too which gives it that high-gloss shine. I think you should call them opposed to ordering online, because we get special pricing for high volume work. When I went to their website, the most you can order (for a 4x6 club card) is 5000 pieces for $175, but I know we pay much less than that. We deal with a guy named 'Max' and he lowers the prices for us because we print a lot. Also, I noticed that their website says 12pt paper, but I know they recently changed that to a 14pt. or 16pt. stock, which is nicer and thicker.

Also they do offer free business cards that are of the same quality.
We used discount code "google25" when ordering small things online. Last time I used it (not sure if it still works), we saved $25.

The printing press they use is a very large press and that handles "gang-printing", which is how you can get the prices cheap. They're located in NY, but we get it shipped out here to us, and it typically takes 1-2 days on press and another day for the shipping.

Business Cards (free): http://reducedprinting.com/product/info/21

If you need any help with designing, you can email me. I specialize in club designs and can help walk you through the best way to make it look hot!
